1. Overview

CareLaunch ("we," "us") operates getcarelaunch.com, providing caregiver training courses ("Academy") and a job board connecting South Carolina home care agencies ("Agencies") with caregivers ("Caregivers"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

3. Courses & Certificates

Course purchases are one-time unless otherwise stated. Certificates issued by CareLaunch Academy reflect completion of CareLaunch's own coursework and quiz requirements. CareLaunch is not a government agency; completing a course does not by itself guarantee compliance with any specific state, Medicaid, or employer requirement — Agencies and Caregivers remain responsible for confirming their own compliance obligations with the relevant state agency.

4. Agency Subscriptions

Agency seat subscriptions renew monthly and bill per the seat tier selected at checkout. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Job Postings & Applications

Agencies are solely responsible for the accuracy of job postings and for their own hiring decisions and compliance with employment law. CareLaunch does not guarantee employment outcomes for Caregivers or hiring outcomes for Agencies.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. CareLaunch does not store your card details.

7. Limitation of Liability

CareLaunch is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, CareLaunch is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
