What We Collect

Account information (name, email, county or agency name), course activity and quiz results, job postings and applications, and payment metadata (handled by Stripe — CareLaunch does not store full card numbers).

How We Use It

To operate your account, deliver courses and certificates, connect Caregivers and Agencies through the job board, process payments, and send account-related email (welcome messages, certificates, application notifications).

Sharing

Caregiver profile information is shared with an Agency only when the Caregiver applies to that Agency's job posting, or when an Agency adds the Caregiver to its roster. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Service Providers

We use Supabase (database/authentication), Stripe (payments), and Resend (email) to operate CareLaunch. Each processes data on our behalf under their own security and privacy practices.

Your Choices

You can manage which non-essential emails you receive any time from your notification settings. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data, email carelaunch@clovercarehomecare.com.
