CareLaunch is South Carolina's caregiver job and training hub — built to make it easier for caregivers to build real, portable skills, and for home care agencies to find and keep compliant, qualified staff across the state.

Why We Built This

South Carolina home care agencies face constant turnover and strict, ongoing training requirements from SC DHHS and Medicaid. Caregivers, meanwhile, often lack an affordable, practical way to build credentials that travel with them between jobs. CareLaunch Academy and the CareLaunch job board close that gap in one place.

What We Offer

For caregivers: affordable, a-la-carte courses aligned to South Carolina personal care, companion, and home health aide training requirements, each with a certificate on completion — plus a statewide job board to find your next position.

For agencies: simple per-seat pricing (your first 5 caregiver seats are free), automatic monthly compliance training assignments, roster tracking, and a job board to post openings and find caregivers ready to work.
